Not Faster Paying! Still waiting for cash back on items purchased in Nov 2015. I know some items were returned and some I kept. I no longer have receipts which are needed to case up claim, so I guess I will lose out on them. Not what I expect from M&S.

Don't know what is happening with this merchant but faster paying is an absolute joke. Still waiting on cashback despite asking top cashback to investigate. Good company which I use all the time but if looking for cashback forget it

Dreadful. Cash back from November and December is still pending, these are large sums and I feel really let down to put it mildly. I notice that when you click on merchants reviews they are automatically listed by highest rating, should be newest first , that shows a different story.

This merchant should lose their 'Faster Payment' status. I made my purchase on the 18th of December 2015, and my cashback status is still set at 'Pending'.

Terrible. Ordered sofas back in November which tracked fine. Now April and the cashback still hasn't moved to payable despite comtacting tcb customer services several times. £89 cashback is a lot. I need to order more furniture but this has totally put me off using M&S.

Cashback performance not as expected from a top high street retailer, cashback not moved on transactions from Dec'15. Topcashback advise delays retrieving cashback from this merchant !

Sadly M&S seem to have stopped being a Faster Payment merchant at the end of November and there is obviously a problem with the payments (note no Statistics on when the last payment was received. I don't necessarily blame TCB but I do wish they would take action gainst this sort of thing faster (and I mean faster as defined in a dictionery)

I used to get cashback on any purchase amount from M&S. Today, it has to be a £100 spend to qualify. Disappointing!

I have bought items from M&S through Topcashback on more than one occasion, many more, and M&S have a nasty habit of saying they cannot trace the order number. It is the order number that they provide to me and I pasted it in so no errors possible. They keep doing this to me and Topcashback can't do anything about them. Very disappointing. Nobody actually challenges what it is they DO need - just a refusal. Very poor service. Will think twice before using M&S on here. They keep doing this.
