2016 - terrible this year. Tracks ok, takes far longer than predicted to move to payable or you end up chasing or M & S query the purchases you've paid for. So all in all as far as this merchant is concerned, don't get too excited. I've given up submitting a ticket now and don't actually expect to get the cashback that I'm due. Very disappointed.
