refused to pay out saying the transaction wasnt valid. I ordered the product online via tcb, paid in full at the time and havnt returned the item. how can that not be valid?

More often than not I get no cashback from M&S. Mostly, the transaction isnt tracked. Even when it is it is then often declined. Hardly worth the effort for a few pence.
