For the number of times and value of purchases made through Topcashback over the years, I am surprised how few claims result in earnings. Also, very rarely do the purchase amounts correspond to the actual purchases made.

I placed two orders on separate occasions and twice now my purchase was not aknowledged and had to submit a claim. Never happened with any other site I have purchased from so the issue must be with M&S rather than this site. In any case, not a "faster paying" merchant as advertised...It then takes topcashback 6 (!) weeks to even submit the claim to M&S...all a bit ridiculous really...will not be purchasing from M&S through this site again
