Absolutely terrible regarding their TCB performance, don't look forward to M&S ever paying out, TCB don't seem to be able to do anything about it either so just skip that one! Breaking a contract seems to mean nothing to either TCB, M&S or M&S's 'marketing agents' whoever they may be. Due to this I'm binning TCB as soon as I can draw what's owed and just not bothering as it's not worth the 9 months of hassle.
