Every year I order the advent calendar and the requisite amount of clothing to qualify to get the calendar cheaper. Every year I don't get the full cashback amount for what I have spent.

Very poor. Cashback denied. When challenged, TBC eventually offered me a 'settlement' amount of half what I was owed as M&S were still refusing to pay. I have another claim outstanding for purchse of over £500 which they are also refusing to pay. Very dissappointed with M&S.
