I like M&S products, and would happily buy online, but even at £75 the cashback does not cover the delivery costs.

If your local store (like mine) is an absolute jumble sale, then this is great. Order online, then swoop in and collect from customer services a few days later. No waiting in for parcels, and no trying to find things in store. Cashback is a great bonus and discount vouchers work too, so cheaper than shopping in store too.

Delivery was much too slow. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive from when order was placed.
Probably wouldn't use mail order again. Free return postage was an advantage.

Seems like they have tried to upgrade their sale ordering system and it is even worse. Whist I was ordering more items were'taken out' of my basket due to unavailability. Even then, one item was cancelled the next day. It's areal waste of time and also a nuisance when you take into account p & p charges in relation to size of order.
