Great quality products and service, however have had to chase all of my transactions for cashback - not sure if there’s an issue tracking when cashback is paid as Avios points?... shop regularly with JL and so far not disappointed.

Cannot use the points I used as any kind of cashback except as some kind of British airways thing! Absolute rubbish John Lewis, expected much more from a big retailer, will not be using again through Topcashback
