The listed "TopCashBack Code" (for 8% off) just says "eVoucher code has expired." when entered on HP's checkout page, so is no use.

bought Desktop computer in December 2011, It is nearly 10 months now, cashback is confirmed supposed to get paid in May 2012 but money isnt available yet. I would highly recomend people not to use HP for cashback.

You need to put lowest star rating as the default as people keep buying from HP as they see great reviews but people aren't getting paid and people don't see that when they look at the reviews.

Laptop bought December 2011, purchase was confirmed quickly, but has still not become payable, this should have been in MAY 2012. TCB contacted and are supposed to be chasing, I won't hold my breath.
I wouldn't be relying on any cashback from this merchant when comparing prices again.

Not happy at all with this company. Computer is great and delivery etc. very unhappy that I'm still waiting for cashback at the end of July for something I bought at the end of December. Have put in a support claim but still nothing has happened. I won't be bothering to buy anything from them again. Glad I wasn't relying on this cashback as £77 is a lot of money.
