Bought a £300+ laptop on the strength of a 10% cashback deal, which then did not track. However, the laptop is fantastic, it was delivered within 24 hours, and HP together with Topcashback honoured the payment within a few weeks. The website is excellent, and I will certainly buy from HP again on the future. Overall, a good experience.

Cashback Declined. HP are worst company I've dealt with. No reason to decline cashback but they did. Don't expect to get it.

HP took 8 months from me buying to them declining the cashback because they said Topcashback had not been the last referrer. They were wrong, Topcashback WAS the only referrer but in any case the length of time taken was excessive. As always Topcashback themselves were very helpful.

Even after lodging a complaint, hp have refused to pay cashback. Good product but not impressed with the casback experience in this case

Tracked fast but refused to pay cashback , even after lodging a claim . There are no valid reasons for them to pay cash back . Do not buy if you are relying on the cashback to make it the cheapest option

Very tempting cashback so I used HP to order a printer for a friend of mine. The printer was reasonably priced and I have liked HP products in the past. HP gave me a guarenteed delivery date; this date was after an annoyingly long delay of a couple of weeks but on the good side, it was guarenteed so I felt I could count on it and relax. However, when the date came round, the printer was not delivered. The day AFTER the guarenteed delivery date, I received an email from HP cancelling the order. No reason was given. However, when I looked at their website I noticed that they had increased the price of the printer so I suspect they were reluctant to sell it at its lower price. I cannot endorse this sort of action especially from a big company like HP. Consequently, I ordered the printer from Currys (and ironically got it 35 cheaper!). So, while I like HP products, they were a complete let-down in terms of customer service.

Faulty product had to be replaced by HP and this seemed to be enough reason for HP to decline cashback for the transaction.

Bought a laptop in Mid December 2012, cashback tracked immediately but it took over 7 months for the cashback to become payable. Hewlett Packard could do with majorly improving their cashback service!

I purchased an HP Ultrabook in February 2013. Cashback tracked at £44.90 but was declined. TopCashBack chased them but after several months HP refused to pay out and also declined to give any reason. To make things worse, the computer is very poor quality. It nothing like HP's used to be. It feels cheap like a "value" brand, it's unreliable and their customer service is beyond sub-standard. If you're in the market for a new PC I'd recommend looking elsewhere, try Samsung or Lenovo.

Bought a laptop in December 2012. It is now July 2013 and they still haven't paid the cashback. This is an incredibly poor service from such a reputable company. Always been happy with HP products but not at all happy with them dragging their feet for such a long time!!!

Tracked very quickly, bought a printer the beginning of November 2012 but am still waiting for payment of cashback 7months and still counting later. Cashback percentage and tracking is great but the wait to receive cashback is very poor so be aware of this.

Casback still showing as confirmed for purchase made 12 dec 2012, states will take 21 weeks to become payable. It has now been longer than 21 weeks have a feeling this one is never going to happen !! The cashback element (£36) is what swayed us to make the purchase with HP, not happy.

Cash bacak still not even tracked from a December purchase - lap top purchased turned out to be faulty - HP replaced - after nearly all day on to their help line - not impressed!
