Very unhappy with cashback from HP. Responded to a special offer for 10% on consumer laptops, but only got 2%. 3 months after the purchase whilst I have lodged a claim, I am still waiting for a response.

well, I suspect their online store is built in such a way when a promotion is applied then the order cannot be completed, yep... they ask you to call them back to complete the purchase and then,... they finalise a new order without any promotions applied... Well, I have asked them now to apply the promotions and if my request is refused, then I have to further seek help from TopCashBack... Let's see whether it works
