Used HP a few times now. Quick delivery. Website not always that easy to use, though - some things are difficult to find. Cahsback has always tracked quickly, however, the payments are very slow at around 6 months. Still, better than nothing. Only used their customer service regarding their own cashback offers and they were relatively quick to respond and quite helpful. I would recommend them.

Previously I have bought from HP via TCB and received the cashback without any problem after the usual 3-4 month delay, this tim ehowever, I am still waiting on the cashback from a purchase in May so don't count on cashback from HP anymore!

I purchased in February and I'm still waiting for cashback!!! If you are factoring cashback into the price to decide whether you are getting a good deal from HP, then my advice is - don't! You may never see it!

this firm are reluctant to pay cashback suggest you buy a different brand. I have been waiting since jan for cash back keep telling me wait 4-6 weeks but no sign have asked topcashback to remove them from the site as this advertising is wrong and aginst the law with the new code of practice that came in 1st march

Purchased Laptop 13/1/2011. Transaction has been confirmed for ages but still no payment. I had issues with the purchase documentation and process which seems to be designed for corporate rather than retail customers. PC whilst good quality is full of BLOATWARE which took ages to remove. The worst experience I have had from all my online purchasing. My advice, avoid.
