Absolutely awfull. Cancelled my order without notifying me and when I emailed and eventually rang, trying to tracked down my order which was a xmas pressie, I spoke to someone in customer services and they had a really bad attidude. Went to comet in the end and would never buy off them again.

Bought a DV7 3020ea laptop using 10% discount code and cashback, cashback tracked quickly. However I was sent a laptop that had dirt marks on it, had dead pixels and had large scratches on it, it looked like a return. I promptly returned it, HP said they would have a replacement out within 48 hours, 4 days later still no replacement even though the model was in stock. No phone calls or emails to explain why, called them for an ETA they just said it was with "Logistics" and they should hear back soon. I cancelled and got my money back. Appalling customer service.

HP kept cancelling my orders with no explanation. In the end the item went out of stock before I could get the order confirmed. They give no e-mails/feedback as to why the order are cancelled. Rubbish

Ordered Compaq Laptop today at 1000hrs & at 1145hrs it is at the pending stage. I also received the 10% online discount & with 6% Cashback, that makes a total saving of £56. The payment date is 31/01/10. Only time will tell!! Certainly all dealings so far with TCB have been 1st class & highly recommended.
