Laptop ordered in the morning, order accepted early that afternoon and delivered by 10:30am next day, with an excellent online tracking service to show progress of the delivering courier.
Well done, HP. Really excellent service.

Cashback received from Hewlett Packard is definitely very good but having to wait 5 months with no idea whether they will cough up the money as is stated when tracked is seriously annoying!!! Full credit to Top Cashback for continuing to chase this money for me, for months after it should have been payable - Im pleasantly surprised and delighted!

Overall some positives and negatives:
Positive - best price from HP site direct, plus 2 year warranty, fast delivery and happy with product. Cashback tracked quickly.
Negatives - customer services not much use, firstly couldn't provide any information about product over what was displayed on product page of site, secondly conflicting advise on despatch times - free next day delivery is pointless if it takes a week to 'set up an account' before accepting the order, then the order was delivered before it has been dispatched according to the web site. Finally as many others have said, cashback never moves to payable, stuck since July 2010.

Would avoid - my order was cancelled for no apparent reason. I had to wait for 25 minutes on the phone line to be told that it was because my delivery address was different from my billing address - then why have an option to include a delivery address that is different to the billing address? Apparently their genius solution to resolve the issue was to call the landline at the billing address during working hours - when they got no answer the order was deleted. Rubbish!

Second time i've used Topcashback with this retailer.
Laptop price was reduced from £699 to £649 on their website anyway.
Discount code of 10% took it down to £584.
It tracked within hours at £47.
Meaning my Intel® Core™ i5-460M, 500Gb Hd, 4Gb memory super-neat laptop effectively cost me £537 !
AND they gave a free 2 year warranty!

Tracked quickly and better price than Comet (who messed up my click and collect order) and better cashback, plus I got a 2 year warrantly - so thank you Comet for messing up.
One problem was the HP account web site was constantly behind the order status, my account said "new order" after it had been dispatched - I'd rung customer services to find out why it was taking so long. I eventually got a tracking link by email about a week after my laptop arrived.

Thanks to Topcashback. They matched cashback amount to the highest available in the markete plus 10% topup. I will never use any other cashback website, rather i will claim higher cashback from TCb if available anywhere else.

Was expecting problems with this as the site was complicated to use to find the right laptop deal but actually the cashback tracked smoothly without trouble and the deal was a decent one which helped bring the overall price down.
