Do not use! It's been almost 6 months since I made a purchase and I still haven't received any cashback. They don't honour their agreement and TCB just reply with generic responses. The cashback rate is also one of the lowest out there so I won't be using them again. I recently spent £375 and received only £7 cashback and that's if I get paidf on it!

I bought stuff in october 2015, haven't got money until now! I didn't find when I bought more stuffs just now. It said 6 weeks, but it is more than 4 months now! I have another two cashback there, lets see what will happen:(

Not impressed, purchased a lot through this site but rarely get cash back paid out unless it's less than a quid !! You would think that if you returned something the cashback would just reduce to the items you keep, but no, they just don't pay anything out instead... Huge retailer, very disappointed by this lack of customer service.
