RUBBISH RETAILER! House of Fraser refused valid cash back claim! Beware as they seem temperamental. Still have my products and will be returning them to your stores no matter what! Don't advertise your cashback rates and offers if you cannot honour your promises!

The cashback is quite low compared to other retailers, but it does track quickly. However, I won't be shopping with HoF again as I thought their customer service was very poor; rude staff, very unhelpful and disinterested. Also, watch out for their returns policy - they will only give e-vouchers after 14 days and will not be flexible about this, even at Christmas like most other stores are.

Still waiting in Dec 2014 for a claim placed for a purchase made Aug 2013. Purchase didn't track submitted claim within a few days and have been waiting for 15 months for a response from House of Fraser. I know I wont get it now but I would have expected some kind of response.

My initial feedback was in August, I was waiting to hear back. I have now been told cashback declined and topcashback have given a list of generic reasons so still in the dark as to why. Raised issue that House of Fraser are continually declining and topcashback have investigated and have found no wrong doing. To save hassle I would avoid this retailer if you want cashback.

House of Fraser must be struggling financially as reading other people's reviews, a lot of people, including me are falling victim to declined cashback due to supposed "returned orders". Honestly people, you can find goods HoF sell much cheaper elsewhere and at least you won't have to go waiting 6 months to only find out that CEO's pockets are getting fatter with your cashback that he/she is pocketing. DO NOT USE HOUSE OF FRASER

I must be the only person who struggles to receive cashback from this retailer based on the positive reviews here. I shop with this retailer quite a lot, mainly because they do frequent promotions and their reward points card offers. However their customer services, although polite, does not try very hard to resolve issues. The cashback offered is quite low (less than it used to be) and often doesn't track initially, requiring a claim to be submitted, which then takes months to be credited. I currently have a claim outstanding for £18 cashback which did not track.

House of Fraser offer fantastic quality products, without doubt. Delivery was faultless. My cash back, however, failed to track. Lodged a claim and I'm left waiting two months later. Big let down.

Almost 6 months on from purchase in September and still no cashback showing, never mind received. TCB do not appear to be actively chasing House of Fraser. Its doubtful I would use House of Fraser again

Whilst I was very hesitant with whether or not these cashback things actually worked, but went crazy on shopping online anyway - I came back to find that I did earn something! However, not as advertised. I guess I'm getting greedy that I actually "got" something, but it said 5.25% on cashback plus for new house of fraser customers, which I am (made an account just prior to purchase) and i only got around 1%. With this in mind, i would rather have gone in person to use up my christmas cash vouchers :(

Absolute rubbish. New T&C's refuse cashback for just about everything including using their own store card which I pay interest on. Very disappointed in such a big retailer using such pathetic scams to get out of paying and just get free publicity.

A perfectly valid claim, as far as I can tell, was refused by House of Fraser with absolutely no reason given as to why. I can only assume they just didn't want to pay.

Spent £100 for Christmas and signed up as a new customer expecting £5 cashback. It didn't track so I submitted a claim. Had to send quite a few nudges but eventually they responded 9 months later and declined the cashback saying my purchase had tracked through a different site. Not very happy with HoF and has put me off going to them again.
