I made two purchases with this retailer through top cash back and retailer declined to fund my account. one of the purchases was returned for a different size but the item was purchased. At a total of £135.00

Had cashback awarded at beginning but had to receive a refund for part of order so they took back all of the cashback. And do not use gift cards and credit card together cos they will refund to the gift card rather than credit card every time

One excellent experience (cashback received in ten days!) at a good rate of cashback for the item purchased.
One item purchased on sale (cheapest I found it anywhere) and haven't received cashback, complaint ticket pending. No surprise if no cashback. Can't complain. Pleased all in all.

Merchant refused cash back on a purchase made for a reason that is not acceptable or even true; unacceptable for such a large company to refuse claims on grounds that can be proven. Would not use this merchant again for purchases if I can help it, customer service over this issue has let them down.

The bonus stated for first time buyers is a scam. I was a new customer when making a purchase. I did get paid on the lower rate for 'existing' customers, of which I was not but NO explanation provided as to why my claim was not accepted. in fact, no recognition whatsoever for the reasons of my claim from either House of Fraser or Topcashback themselves. Overall, poor experience.

Cashback was declined so I raised a claim. After months of waiting, TCB have been told that the order ID/reference was invalid. No idea what this actually means as the tracking worked okay. Only my second failed cashback claim in several years of using TCB and Quidco.

Poor cashback experience. Declined for no reason. Merchandise is fine but, as I'm buying from a brand name sold elsewhere, I'll go elsewhere in future rather than allow HoF to cheat me out of cashback.

Unimpressed. Noticed on yet another return back to check on cash back payment that all their terms and conditions have changed. However this should not exclude them from paying out cashback on old terms for old transactions. Clearly they think it does, and have written up their t and c's to exclude almost everything so they have a cop out not to pay. Fully explains why last 2 transactions have not been paid. Will not be using again.

I always shop at House of Fraser. Most of the time I have to report untracked cashback claims. On several occasions HoF have denied my claim. This is by far the worst retailer on TopCashback.

I am really surprised to see such good feedback. I must be the unlucky one! My cashback appeared quickly but remained pending for ages. It then became declined for reasons I do not understand. By the time I lodged a complaint for this to be looked into, HoF told Top Cashback that all claims must be submitted within 45 days but had cleverly left my cashback pending for more than 45 days until declining it, which means they will now not look into my complaint. It was a large amount too so I am pretty disappointed with this and won't be using HoF again for Top Cashback.

Did not track, lodges a missing cashback claim, months later it was declined by House of Fraser for "part exchange", which is utterly meaningless. I advise to give this merchant a wide berth.

Cashback declined for no valid reason - this happens with HoF frequently. If they don't want to pay cashback they should be removed from the site.

For existing customers HoF offers next to nothing regarding cash back. More often than not cashback actually amounts to nothing as transactions go missing. HoF seems extremely stingly.

Never paid out cashback and never give reason and it took them 18 months to decide to renage on their part of the deal. Incredibly poor customer service.

Pretty poor as originally there was no mention that using a HoF Frasercard to pay would invalidate a cashback claim (this has been added as I moaned about it!). Happy with Topcashback as we camw to a settlement on the matter - but not happy with HoF.
