For some reason both of my purchases have not recieved cashback at the last minute, will stop using them through this site, each time the correct process is followed and no explanation as to why it's declined.

Cashback did not track. After manual claim for 1 year 6months, TCB advised claim is valid but NO PAYOUT. Pity as purchase and item all good. Will not use TCB for cashback from now.

Sad to see loyalty of regular customers doesn't appear to be as important as new customers, in terms of cashback award level. Very efficient processing of order and delivery of goods.

Bought a number of items and returned some. Purchase did not track so I submitted a manual claim for the amount I'd kept. Claim declined as I'd returned some items in the order! Ho hum.

I love the easy to use website but the rate of cashback is a bit low. Products generally arrive prior to the specified timescale and are of the quality expected from a respected department store.

The cashback offered by House of Fraser is small but the quality and price of their products is good, you get what you pay for. I have shopped many a time with HOS and will continue to do so.

House of Fraser is a super store but the cashback offer is miserable and it also takes absolute ages for them to pay. In addition, two out of my four transactions didn't track and had to be chased by customer services.

Excellent quality products, very cheap price (even cheaper with top cash back of course). Customer Service was excellent when I wanted to return an item that didn't fit but I had lost my delivery note. They sent another straight away.

House of Fraser does mix up your orders and often gets it wrong. They are also not generous with goodwill gestures or compensation for their mistakes or your inconvenience. However, their items are of good quality and genuine. Their delivery to shops for collection is superfast. I have not received cashback yet, so couldn't comment.
