Looks like I'm not alone here - another claim declined after months of waiting and claiming etc - as with others, purchase was eligible... buy from here if you want, but assume you won't get the cashback!

1 star only because I can't give it lower. It tracked straight away but after 6 months it hasn't even reached the confirm stage never mind paying out!! Lost any hope of ever seeing that money. Awful!

Didn't get as far as cash back. Site has huge banner advertising "order by midnight for collection next day". When I tried to order, it was actually "by 6pm for collection after 12".
