Tracked at lower amount and still awaiting resolution. Paid £57 but only tracked at £28.50. Raised a claim 8 weeks ago and nothing has happend. Has now changed to payable but only at the lower amount. COME ON PLEASE..

Prompt cashback. The tyre ordered was discounted on the grounds that it was 'OEM'. I expected it to be unwrapped. It came fully boxed as would a full retail product - but was about £ 10 cheaper!

Merchant declined my cash back for no reason. Placed order through top cashback and this order was not returned so cashback should have paid out. Lodged a claim in January and now this is march and still waiting for a response
