Shocking! Declined significant cash-back for a group-set which was the reason I used Evans, I have another which is pending for over 8 months. Never using Evans again, likely leaving Top Cashback for their handling of the case or at least never basing a purchase based on a price after cash-back. No real answers given as to why it was declined, just possibilities.
