  Spend more than £250 on your dream bicycle, cycling clothing, parts or components and you can apply for 0% APR finance with no deposit required.

  It takes a matter of minutes to apply and you can use their finance calculator to see which plan best suits your budget. Just enter how much you are looking to spend in total or per month and they will show you if you are eligible for 0% finance over six, 12, 18, 24, 36 or 48 months, or their 12, 24 or 36-month 15.9% options.

  The calculator will show you your monthly payments, how much of a deposit you will need to put down and the total cost. Pay nothing for three or six months on orders over £850, or 12 months if you spend more than £1,500.

• Price Match

  Tredz aim to offer you the best prices and if you spot an item being offered at a lower price by a UK retailer, they will aim to match it.

  However, they cannot match some prices offered on sites like eBay and Amazon or by international sellers. The product you are asking them to price match must be the same size and colour, be in stock on the competitor's website and have the same delivery time.

  Promotions, discounts or offers will not be included in the price match, while they cannot price match products which are bought through a finance payment method if repayments and rates are higher than Tredz RRP or their own finance terms.

• Delivery

  No matter what you buy, Tredz offer free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands), regardless of the size or value of the order, and you can usually expect it to arrive within 2-7 working days with this service.

  If you need your items sooner, order by noon and you can upgrade to their next working day service. Bikes are excluded from this service because they have to be assembled and quality checked by their team of professional bike builders.

  Alternatively, if you live nearby, you can choose to collect your items from one of their three stores in Wales. They will contact you when it is ready for collection and you can pick it up at any time during opening hours. You will need to take a copy of your confirmation email and a form of photographic ID.

• Returns

  You can return complete and unused unwanted items - as long as they are in their original, resaleable condition and securely packaged - with 365 days of receipt (exclusions apply) for a refund or exchange.

  To help them process your return as quickly as possible, you should fill in and enclose the return form - a link to which you will find on the returns page. You will need to pay the return postage costs and you should obtain proof of postage.

  If your item cost less than £75 and weighs under 10kg, you can drop it off at your local Collect+ store. Print it off and attach it to your parcel, remembering to enclose the returns form, and take it to a Collect+ location, where you will be given a tracking receipt.

  To return a bike, give them a call and they will arrange courier collection. They will issue a full refund, less any postage fees (for express delivery etc), while there is also a £35 fee for returning a bike which is the wrong size or is unwanted.
