Bought a bike costing over £300 for my daughter from Evans, with the cashback amount being over £14. The amount then kept changing until the money was made payable and in the end the amount dropped to £0.28. She was expecting to get over £14 of her hard-saved money in cashback so this was extremely disappointing.
