Worst online shopping experience ever! Ordered 3 weeks ago, had to wait to complain for 10 working days, then 3 working days for parcel company to contact me which they did not, then today I got a message that item is returned.
Customer service never told me about the refund or ask me if I want the item redelivered. No apologies at all.
First and last time I shop at Debenhams.

very slow sight to get around, BIG BIG problems with my order useless customer service, was told by one my order had been frozen due to fraud on my card another said my order had been cancelled. too beifit from the sale I re ordered everything total of £200 over the next week I had everthing delivered twice first and second order, only one beifiting here was courier.

Update on previous post dated 24 th November, Debenhams stated order would be delivered in 5-7 days, it arrived in less than 2 days. Quality cotton damask table linen at 50% discount and scented candles at 25% discount. :)
