Fantastic. Ordered items to be delivered to store. They arrived quickly, store was helpful. Received confirmation of when goods arrived by text. All very efficient.
Cashback showed quickly too and paid quickly! Bonus!

I ordered some stuff, after a week i called them up where my products were, I was told they had been damaged.They wanted me to place another order with another payment.Firstly I agreed but the price would not have been the same so after 25 minutes with customer services on the phone(0844 number) I just cancelled the whole order.Really,really disappointed their service althougt the cashback experience is good, it was tracked quickly and of course never will be paid out as the order is cancelled.

Bought a fragile item which was "display boxed" which was meant to be a gift.
Debenhams put it in a plastic bag with no protective bubble wrap or other support so the display box arrived battered and I was unable to give this as a present.
It looked like it had been kicked around!
I have since returned this for an exchange instore.
Debenhams Customer Service said "it's a busy time of year and we're forced to get things out quickly" NOT the right attitude! Other retailers manage to protectively box items that need it.
Won't be buying from them online again due to this.
