Items very slow to arrive, many (pretty much all) sent separately (alot of waiting indoors!!!).
Good value for money from sale items.
Bought further items which didn't register with TCB (I must have done something wrong) Be-careful not to navigate around too much before you purchase items.

I ordered some stuff, after a week i called them up where my products were, I was told they had been damaged.They wanted me to place another order with another payment.Firstly I agreed but the price would not have been the same so after 25 minutes with customer services on the phone(0844 number) I just cancelled the whole order.Really,really disappointed their service althougt the cashback experience is good, it was tracked quickly and of course never will be paid out as the order is cancelled.
