A glitch in BT's system meant they accidentally cancelled my order, so then the cashback didn't track. Took 6 months of arguing with BT to get them to even acknowledge that they owed me cashback before eventually receiving it.

The cashback from BT Broadband was great. I earned £186 just for setting my parents up with a new contract. I'd already checked that BT had the best package prices for what they were looking for so the cashback was just a bonus...a very nice one. TopCashback estimated a 7 week wait for payment but I received it in under 4 weeks. Overall, really happy with the BT service and the cashback experience too!

My cashback was declined without much of a reason why. Topcashback cannot do much about it, as they cannot force the merchant to pay. Though what I have read it is clear BT often decline, yet Topcashback still hosts them as a merchant.
