Cash back tracked lower than expected, now confirmed lower than expected, process to try and obtain correct level unclear and contradictory. No responses to queries. Poor customer service from TCB.

BT's online form this site does not work... Therefore cannot sign up online, meaning no cashback if I wanted to submit through the phone which is what BT have advised.

TopCashback was OK. Bt cancelled my service and then restarted it causing all sorts of issues as the order numbers don't match up. We're fairly quick to sort out once on the case. Lowest star for bthe given as it seems from their forums that they often do this

It was my first experience with TopCashback and I was a bit skeptic. Instead, I bough a mobile sim-only contract with BT and I got the promised cashback in about 8 weeks! It works! You have to be a bit patient, but then you receive the money on your bank account, easily and smoothly. I recommend TopCashback.
