The items we had ordered for collection had been set aside near the checkouts. These were retrieved by the checkout operator and put in our trolley, the whole transaction was handled quickly and without problems. We received our 15% in store discount.

The "Reserve and Collect" transaction was tracked quickly, and although the details were incorrect (both the cost of product and cashback), these were automatically rectified by the next day, so don't worry if it looks incorrect at first but do keep an eye on it.

The cash back worked absolutely fine but the Customer service at B&Q is horrendous, the staff are incompetent unprofessional fools so i suggest you try WICKES.

Very good offer of £2 cashback on any reserve + collect purchase. Not easy to collect in-store as branch not well set-up for new system (took 20mins.) and needed to request payment. Now tracking.Fingers crossed.

I used Reserve and Collect - goods were not available when I called despite promise to contact me if there was a problem. Goods were promised for the next day and a call promised to confirm - nothing. Cashback tracked quickly though!
