	Linking is awful I tapped through to the link on the B&Q page on TopCashback and had this waiting message for app. When it was finally ready to redirect me, it kept taking me to the app store. I'd rather just shop than be taken through to a download app page. Terrible.

	Have to chase EVERY time You have to log missing cashback on every transaction with B&Q. They are a nightmare and never track. It will be easier going to someone else who pays slightly less just so you save time on your OWN admin work.

	no cash back Spent £600 at B&Q. Part of the Topcashback special promotion get %20 cash back in Feb. Have proof of purchase etc. Raised a claim, didn't receive anything 5 months later. Should have received £120! Won't be buying anything from B@Q again, and shame on Topcashback for advertising a special promotion with a store that that rarely pays out and has bad reviews.

	Try a different method Always have to chase cash back as always declined or does not track. With all the new restrictions on purchases decided to purchase the B&Q gift card instead. Hey ho, cash back instant!

	Have to chase every time to get cashback Ordered from B&Q around ten times in the past couple of months for items for the new home. Every single occasion I have had to chase the cashback. One and only cashback has now appeared months after submitting, as it was missing. Perhaps all the rest will follow?

	It was worth the wait I purchased something (£300+ spend) on January 29th and got the cashback on May 11th. Yes it seems like a long time to wait but the cashback was just a bonus on something I was already buying so I'm fine with that.

	Whenever I purchase from B&Q I have to submit a missing claim. I get cashback by submitting a missing claim and it usually takes ages. Not sure why it doesn't happen automatically.

	Don't trust them 9% on 13 march Cashback didn't track. Reported to customer services 13 Apr and received message that it was a know issue. Still waiting 10 may. In store have also had customer services rip up a credit note issued for a faulty item.

	Too slow to pay out Click and collect all the time now. Saves wandering around the large store when you know what you want and also gains cash back. However they are too slow in paying out the cash.

	There's cashback but read the terms You don't get cash back on pretty much all the higher value lines so don't waste your time "excluding Flooring, Tiling, Paint & Decorating, Building Materials, and Tools & Equipment." Still if you are picking up items from here which in my experience you can always get for less in other places so why, you will. pay more even though you'll get cash back.

	I have been buying a lot of things from B and Q lately. I saw that B and Q were offering cashback through this site, so signed up and sure enough, the cashback came pouring in!! I am very pleased - it was very satisfying seeing the cashback sum mounting up. I will definitely be keeping my eyes open for cashback in the future!

	Con I waited 112 days (with numerous messages to topcashback) to eventually receive £6 instead of £20+ expected (as advertised). I had taken the amount of cashback into consideration when spending £300+ on flooring

	Cashback not seen and received Did not expect this from a retailer as big as B&Q to act - giving false hopes of cashback. Once purchased, no sign of it anywhere. Registered a claim too with topcashback. Still not appearing on Dashboard - i can understand it appearing but not paying (Declined) for some reason. But just not appearing or even any correspondence even after registering a claim is ridiculous misinformation and mistrust. Very unhappy with B&Q and Topcashback (due to this retailer).

	The cashback isn’t showing The cashback isn’t showing. It’s been almost a week already. To submit a missing cashback claim, you need to know the transaction number, the exact date, the amount, and the specific offer under which the purchase was made. That’s very inconvenient.

	Good experience with B and Q and cashback. The first two items I bought from B and Q went to Top Cashback immediately. I had to claim 'missing cashback' for the next two, but it only took a few days for those to appear on my Top Cashback page as well, so I was very happy with that.
