Paid without problem
Surprised when I came to write this review that there was a page of negative reviews - though then noticed they were nearly all duplicates by one person resubmitting their negative review multiple times. Personally speaking I had no problems - made sure I hadn't researched prices through B&Q prior to going to the site through TCB as I know some sites use that as an excuse not to pay. Cashback tracked quickly and was paid out without problem.

Long process to get cashback
Had to chase through nudges many times and this is the second time I have had to chase cashback with B&Q. Neither time did it track straight away and waited months to get it resolved

Didn’t track but did get paid eventually
No tracking at all and I contacted customer service. Got paid eventually after 2 months and 10% is a lot!

Dont waste your time with B&Q
B&Q cash back amount was meant to be 8% at the time of purchase - as advertised.
After months of chasing/nudging, only ended up with 2% - still pending after 6 months.

Always rejects claims
B&Q have never paid out on any transaction. Always the same excuse that they weren't tracked. Never have issues with other retailers so wonder how many people are able to actually get any cashback from B&Q.

Cashback hasn't track for second time
Second episode out of 2 attempts- cashback hasn't tracked. Ticket raised both times. First ticket- rejected on no grounds. Second ticket, no reply as yet. Can see by other reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence. I would proceed with caution if using B+Q solely for factoring in expected cashback as you're unlikely to get it!

Brought a Gift card via TopGiftcard but cannot be used when purchasing online. I'm now holding the giftcard for months and need to spare some time to went in-store to try if it can be used.

Does not seem to track if done via mobile.
Every time I use B &Q from my mobile it never tracks and I have to raise a ticket. Seems OK on the desk top :-(
