	Cashback not seen and received Did not expect this from a retailer as big as B&Q to act - giving false hopes of cashback. Once purchased, no sign of it anywhere. Registered a claim too with topcashback. Still not appearing on Dashboard - i can understand it appearing but not paying (Declined) for some reason. But just not appearing or even any correspondence even after registering a claim is ridiculous misinformation and mistrust. Very unhappy with B&Q and Topcashback (due to this retailer).

	The cashback isn’t showing The cashback isn’t showing. It’s been almost a week already. To submit a missing cashback claim, you need to know the transaction number, the exact date, the amount, and the specific offer under which the purchase was made. That’s very inconvenient.

	Good experience with B and Q and cashback. The first two items I bought from B and Q went to Top Cashback immediately. I had to claim 'missing cashback' for the next two, but it only took a few days for those to appear on my Top Cashback page as well, so I was very happy with that.

	Don't track, takes a long time 3 orders, had to put missing cashback claim for all. 1st took 6 months. 2nd 5 months and still at pending. 3rd on ice at present

	Does not track, very slow to pay out when support ticket submitted I made a purchase from B&Q in July 2025, cashback never tracked so I submitted a support ticket. It then took almost 5 months to receive the cashback (from when TCB submitted my ticket in early August, to when it finally became payable on 1 January 2026, after cashback was allocated in late October 2025).

	Cash back didn't track So the cash back never tracked, I then received my item and it was filthy and very clearly used. Called and asked for a replacement and was given the run around for several weeks until I gave up. And still no cash back.

	The Merchant that does not TRACK! This past fortnight [end of June 2025 - July 1st 2025] I've made two large purchases through Topcashback with B&Q and whilst my transaction went through OK with B&Q - [order made, payment taken and goods delivered] ... neither CashBacks tracked leaving me to submit yet more Missing CashBack Claims! Whilst easy enough to do [submit a claim] the fact you find yourself constantly having to double check is, in-itself a right pain. So beware - if attempting to carry out a B&Q Cashback through this site make a note to come back a few days later to summit (sorry check) your account. Enjoy..... ;-)

	Waste of time Have submitted 3 claims for cash back in the last month and I'm still awaiting the outcome; I will not be getting my hopes up as I have never received cash back from any of my previous B&Q purchases via TCB. I'm about to place another order and suspect I will need to raise another claim. TCB should remove B&Q from site as other members have cited. Would give 0* if I could.

	It never tracks It doesn't matter what incentive B&Q give it never tracks, and it remains to be seen if they pay out if it is raised. I can currently waiting on cash back on over £1500 spend...
