Be aware, when it says orders above £200 get the higher cashback, it means excluding VAT! Topcashback needs to specify this on the top of the page, not in the small prints.

Tracking
I have purchased quite a few items from B&Q using cashback.
On nearly every purchase I have had to submit a ticket because the transaction has not tracked and therefore had to wait at least 3 months for a result.
I have three purchases at the moment that have not tracked and am awaiting the out come.
It is very anoying because at point of sale they are quick enough to take your money but very slow to give back.

Don't expect to get anything back
Purchased a lot of gardening stuff when the 15% was on (27th May) while also activating Topcashbacks £3 cashback when buying for £20+. Didn't even track! And after putting in a claim, I can now see it's on "ICE".... waste of time and money. Would have picked the stuff up elsewhere.

STILL CHASING PAYMENTS. SLOW AS.......
I would LOVE to " explain how I GOT CASHBACK FROM THIS RETAILER " but I have not had any cash back from this retailer, from any transactions.....at all.....ever.
I have had to raise claims for missing cashback and have been waiting approx 17 WEEKS SO FAR.....ridiculous wait times however a valuable lesson has been learned and that is not to use B&Q on this cashback site, IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN.
