Don't expect to get anything back
Purchased a lot of gardening stuff when the 15% was on (27th May) while also activating Topcashbacks £3 cashback when buying for £20+. Didn't even track! And after putting in a claim, I can now see it's on "ICE".... waste of time and money. Would have picked the stuff up elsewhere.

STILL CHASING PAYMENTS. SLOW AS.......
I would LOVE to " explain how I GOT CASHBACK FROM THIS RETAILER " but I have not had any cash back from this retailer, from any transactions.....at all.....ever.
I have had to raise claims for missing cashback and have been waiting approx 17 WEEKS SO FAR.....ridiculous wait times however a valuable lesson has been learned and that is not to use B&Q on this cashback site, IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN.

Waste of time for Cashback! - NEVER TRACKS, ever (tried different browser, different computers, NOTHING works)! - Manual claims take FOREVER plus a ridiculous 60 day wait peiod before TopCashback will even submit it to them, then they claim 12-16 weeks, but you;ll be lucky (33% of my claims got declined for no good reason)!
