Excellent service. Pleasantly surprised. Called next day to arrange delivery, delivered on the day with a courtesy call to say they were on their way - so no need to wait around. Delivery men did a sterling job getting the item up my assault course of a drive.
Cashback processed fastest I have experienced!

Having ordered furniture from B&Q website, I found out that not only was the furniture not from B&Q but that it came flat-packed rather than fully assembled as I had thought. The company who delivered the furniture were terrible, they didnt give me any choice on delivery just called and told me it would be delivered the next day and when I said I worked they almost said they would send the goods back!! I finally arranged to get holiday from work only to find that the goods were delivered the day before - what a joke!!
