Excellent - tracked quickly on my reserve and collect order. Used to get new radiators which I needed so I got 20% discount B and Q advertised - had the radiators ready at the till so no hassle and added bonus of cashback through site was very much an added extra.

Had an issue with the Reserve & Collect cashback and had to submit a claim which then quickly went through.
Last online order tracked and confirmed very quickly - just hope it becomes payable as quickly too.

Had to resort to visiting the store to order kitchen stuff as their website page for delivery details refused to load which meant I lost out on cashback - boo! Their Reserve and Collect service could be improved. I had to wait at the checkout while the guy went looking for the goods i had reserved the day before - i might as well have just gone to the shelves myself! still, i did get a small cashback for that! six out of 10

It's worth the effort for click and collect...as long as the store numpties bother to pick your order!! I suppose getting 2/3 orders right is okish! Make sure they have the reservation order number, otherwise they will just pick stock there and then and you won't get cashback!

I can't believe this tracked! I've never had such a small amount track b4. Did the reserve to pick up instore and it all worked perfectly! Will do this again it save loads of time.
