Called in to collect my reserved item on 17th December. Store was busy but did not have to wait too long. Staff were working as fast as they could. You expect a certain amount of waiting around at this time of year.

Tracked straight away - just gone through the validation process for the cashback which after a bit of hunting around the receipt for the info was fairly simple. Customer service was great as always - I love Argos :)

Tracked immediately. Validated purchase via entering details from receipt for the reserve and collect £1 offer and it has all been verified. Just awaiting payment next yr now. Good service so far...

Although I had reserved online, I could not use the instore machine to pay for my item and had to queue instead. However, considering it is Christmas, the service was very quick.
