I ordered a freezer to be delivered to my daughter. I was told she would be contacted within a month to arrange delivery. However after 5 weeks we had to start chasing them up, they were unable to arrange Saturday delivery within a reasonable time, meaning she had to take time off work. The delivery slots were not kept open while she arranged time off so the delay in receiving the item was further delayed. Cashback came through okay.
