Argos usually make it as difficult as possible to get cash back. I always have to chase their transactions and don't usually get it resolved in my favour.

Had to return an SDS drill today for repair or replace after a hard 6 months use, store member James was very clued up and after checking if Worx did a repair service he notified me it was to be replaced instead. Great service and nice to deal with someone who knew his job.
