What a waste of time and space. Made 3 purchases using the fast track service and NONE of them have paid out. The first order they don't have any record of, which is very strange, seeing as I had to contact their customer services department to get a receipt for it, which they provided! Wasters!

I'm still awaiting payment for an oven I bought through Argos since June 2015! Not happy that it's taken this long. The cashback was a draw for me to use Argos with such a big purchase.

Overall Argos staff are pretty good with the Fast Track Collections. However there are always staff who will ignore you standing at the fast track desk. Argos are a great firm for a good variety of items, some at bargain prices.
