While it is fair to say you will find some negative Agoda reviews below, plenty of positive remarks have been left by our members. While some people have complained about their cashback not tracking, others who have booked with the hotel service through us have clearly had no such issues. Some of the feedback you will find includes “perfect, paid on due date — no complaints from me”, “confirmed and payable within five months” and “cashback confirmed and payable within specified period”.

You will also find positive Agoda review feedback about the deals available on the Agoda site and the service provided by them. Our members have said such things as “great deals on hotel accommodation”, “great bargains to be found”, “good company with some fantastic rates. Very reliable” and “good value for money”. If you take a look on Trustpilot, you will find the vast majority of customers who have left reviews have been very complimentary, with comments including “easy and clear to book with competitive rates”, “best thing ever” and “best price and easy for booking”.

	TERRIBLE - I have had problems with cashback every time i used them. Latest claim is taking over 7 months and still not resolved. Won't be using them again, not worth the hassle.

	The cashback never tracked. It has been almost a year now and still no sign of it being resolved. This is not the first time this has happened to me with Agoda.

	The cost via the TCB link was far more than going direct so any cashback would be less than going direct. However, Agoda is a terrible company and the room booked was not what was provided. No refund, no compensation. Avoid like the plague.

	hotel conformation did not come through after booking, so emailed to ask for documents to be re-sent and they refused?? hopefully the hotel will believe we have booked when we arrive

	I refuse to use this company anymore and will only use e bookers as they actually pay what they say they will. I would advise anyone to steer well clear of agoda at all costs!!!

	Claims didn't track, took 2 years for one to be resolved and the other one was declined for no good reason. Won't be using them again.

	Thru TCB, I've recently used Agoda on 4 occasions. Two didn't track so had to put in manual claims which came back the other day as 'cannot be traced'. The other two were declined. Hence, not only do I not trust them via TCB, but I will not use them at all and go through other hotel merchants that I've not had issue with over the years (hotels.com, expedia for instance). Very poor in my opionion and they've lost my custom due this.

	Awful. Have used Agoda 3 times now and cashback has not been tracked every time. Have had to open a case and chase for payment for months every time. Won't use them again.

	This merchant is awful. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Two high value transactions done via Top Cashback, both of which were not tracked. I have waited well over 8 months for the first claim, and over 2 months for the second claim, and until today, there has been no resolution. Avoid this merchant, and use another one instead!

	Booking through them 3 times. Made claims on all 3 had to wait over 1 year to day it was declined. Never booking through them again.

	It took forever to track. You have to wait months after you’ve stayed to get your cashback. This was even though I paid in full months before my trip and it was non refundable. Don’t book on the basis of getting cashback as you may not get it

	Transaction did no track so I raised a ticket with TopCashback. It has been one year since the transaction, which was a hotel booking paid and used long ago. I'm still waiting for a resolution, apparently waiting for retailer to respond but I don't think they have any intention of honouring my claim. Will not use again and would give 0 stars if that was possible.

	Made a hotel booking with Agoda through Top Cashback in November 2017. Followed Top Cashback instructions to click-through carefully and yet the claim didn't track. Stayed at the hotel. Put in a missing claim request and despite repeated nudges for over a year, I couldn't get an update. Finally discovered today that it has been declined. Really not impressed.

	Used Topcash Back for two large value bookings with Agoda and after 18 months and 14 months respectively both payouts have been declined. I would avoid booking through Agoda if you want cashback as I have never had any problems with other merchants such as booking.com. Not worth taking the risk and it appears Agoda wish to avoid paying
