Avoid, Worst overall service experience after using it for 6 months and many transactions only 3 transactions were tracked. Western union customer service is a nightmare, they make you call them for every transactions which means no smooth transactions plus no cashback as its only provided when the transaction happen online from start to end. stay clear of this try using worldremit, sbi, money2anywhere etc.

My Bank used to charge me £17 to send money to my partner in the Philippines and I am glad I changed to Western Union. They charge me about £6 to send the money and I get £7.10 cashback, so I am always going to choose WU over my Ripoff Bank PLC :)

Transaction marked as confirmed but instead of £9.09 it turned into £0.
Western Union already have a poor reputation and it seems they are keen to maintain this accolade.
Use at your peril and regret it later.
