We pass on this commission to you, and this becomes your cashback. Once your cashback is showing as ‘available’ in your TopCashback account, you’ll be able to withdraw it.
TopCashback is completely free to join, and if you opt for a classic account then there won't be any charges whatsoever. If you opt for a Plus account, then £5 of your annual cashback earnings will be deducted and you'll receive a range of additional benefits.
Your cashback should appear in your Earnings page within seven days of your purchase, but it usually isn’t ready to withdraw straight away. We’ll need to wait until the retailer has confirmed your cashback, which is usually once their returns window has closed. Once the retailer pays us, we’ll add your cashback to your account. You’ll be able to withdraw it once we’ve marked it as ‘available’.
