I feel very disappointed with Waitrose. I shop(ped!!) with them regularly and when they offered TCB casback, I made some online grocery orders. When I made my transactions, the offer at the time was for a minimum of £40 spend if collecting the order. However, I noticed that the details were changed a few days later to a higher minimum spend. Although my transactions were done during the days when the offer detail was for a £40 min spend, my casback was declined for my transactions that met that criteria. Please be fair!!! How disappointing that Waitrose is not honouring their offer.

Signed up and made first shop on Cyber weekend 2015, nearly 1 year later the payment has now been refused and no further information will be given. Experience shopping with Waitrose online was also terrible and I would not shop with them again, there customer serivce is terrible, it took many weeks of emails and telephone calls to get a refund for items I was incorrectly charged for.
