Of three separate orders from Waitrose, none tracked and required manual claims. Two were paid, one was declined. Unreliable.

Awful. After spending over £90 with Waitrose I was told that I couldn't have the promised cashback due to a very dubious "technicality". Feel conned.

Nightmare - wrong values and had to fight for correct cash back. still fighting. TopCashback staff suprisingly helpful so hoping for the originally expected outcome to happen at some point. Been nearly 12 months now!
