	Sporadic Tracks oddly because it seems to sometime track the first time you checkout an order, but then if you make changes it doesn’t seem to catch up. Not reliable anyway.

	Of three separate orders from Waitrose, none tracked and required manual claims. Two were paid, one was declined. Unreliable.

	if auto logged out as not finished shop in a cetain time then you might have to re start. Eventaually got my cashback but this is the only reason I can think of as to why it didn't track correctly. Purchase was proved and got it in the end but just make sure you don't time yourself out before paying for the basket.

	Updated 29/11/14 - Cashback now showing as confirmed with expected to be payable in 10 wks Cashback did not track so raised it as a claim and am still chasing for it since beginning of october which does not seem to be moving along at the moment. If this does go through will update the review accordingly as well, but currently disappointed at very slow progress on this and was not expecting that to happen as overall experience in store with waitrose has always been great.

	I did a first online shop with aitrose in the middle of January,it is not nearly the end of May and my cashback has not even reached confirmed. Really thought i would have been paid it by now :-(

	A small cashback was previously supposed to be available to existing customers. It tracked at £0.00 and was never changed. I was about to chase the issue up, only to find the existing customer offer had been withdrawn altogether. Very unhappy. My experience with Waitrose outside of the cashback issue have usually been very positive.

	Although I like Waitrose products, I am not impressed by their home delivery. First order. Several items listed as available and then not delivered, 3 for 2 offer not honoured - 2 items only delivered! Response from customer services extremely slow and also inadequate. Cashback still tracking at £0 a week after delivered. Very poor service in all. Not at all satisfied.

	Tracked but at zero and now lodge a claim. Very annoying and hope it is sorted quickly. However online shop via Waitrose is very good and easy. Great to have free delivery and great products.

	Rarely tracks This has got worse of late. Always seems to have issues, especially if you go back and edit a shop after placing the order.

	Not reliable - tracking is all over the place Sometimes it tracks, sometimes it doesn’t sometimes different values. Seems as though editing orders really confuses things.

	Missing cashback ? I have a total of 13 purchases with Waitrose Groceries as recorded in my account but I do not understand why more than ten of the purchases were not paid with cashback as promised?
