	Hasn’t tracked last couple of times Normally Waitrose tracks well but my last two purchases using TCB have failed to track. It takes a long time for the claims to get submitted and to hear back from Waitrose whether they have been successful or not.

	Never tracks my purchases. I have contacted the customer service team on more than one occasion about this issue. I follow their advice but to date the issue persists.

	S-L-O-W!! If it tracks at all, it comes up at 0.00 - so if you’re not on your toes to put in a claim, you will miss out completely. If you are lucky enough to see it actually corrected and tracked, it is painfully slow to receive the cashback. Waitrose should take a leaf out of Sainsburys system - tracks immediately and pays out the cashback super fast

	Disappointing! Missing claim.... I should have read the reviews before making the purchase decision. It said the payout would be made within one day....... after reporting the missing claim and I’m beginning to wonder if I’ll ever receive it...... Bad decision.

	No Longer Tracks My weekly grocery shops always used to track without issue. The about 3 months ago they just stopped tracking for no reason I can see. Now I have to submit a claim every single week, and they have a ridiculous 2 month wait before they will even submit claims to the retailer. It's getting to the point where I can no longer be bothered to use this site when I do my weekly shop, I will probably use a different one

	Awful! Terrible!! Either doesn't track or tracks at 0.00. Need to go through customer service and even that is a hassle! Finding myself moving to Sainsburys as it tracks so easily, pays quickly at tbh has a better range for shopping too!

	Cashback declined for no reason I was meant to receive £16 back as a new customer. Had to manually log the claim, chase the claim occasionally and almost after 1 year of waiting my claim was declined for no reason. Extremely disappointing.

	Never tracks I've tried Waitrose a few times now. It either never tracks, or tracks for the wrong amount (especially if they have a short term cashback offer on). I've also registered for missing claims, which get declined. This feedback aligns with a lot of other recent feedback.

	No cashback paid from September last year Had to raise a claim. Was agreed, now showing as declined. I met all terms. It’s ridiculous. Has put me off using Waitrose in the future.

	Never tracks Never tracks for me - I always have to contact customer service with an untracked claim and this gets messy when you have to do it every week, that said it soon mounts up and I have benefitted from the odd extra cash back offer - got £12 one week in November so not complaining

	no issues I get cashback in payments of 6-7 transactions, usually in 6 week intervals. Very happy...however the cashback has dramatically gone down for regular customers to £0.63..hopefully thats just xmas and new year :)

	Dont use the 50p MyWaitrose discount they offer on certain items. I placed an order. There were 2 50p discounts on 2 'favourite items.' I chose them in the app. Months later, they reject my cashbacj & reject the claim saying 'invalid promo code.' I didn't use a £5 off £50 of some such promo code, it was just 2 x 50p MyWaitrose card discounts . How UN-Waitrose to be so slippery as to use a pathetic 'MyWaitrose' 50p to reject cashback.

	on line shop Easy to shop at Waitrose with Top Cash on line. Top Cash automaticallly does it all for you. I do find the Waitrose site slow and takes what seems ages to react.

	Never ever tracks! No matter what I do, I end up having to submit a manual claim every single time. They always end up paying eventually (although the cashback amount rarely matches what I'm expecting - I'm assuming delivery charges aren't included or something), but they've not automatically tracked in well over a year now.

	Disappointing and always very hard work This never tracks for me which means I have to submit a claim one week after every order. When the cashback finally appears in my account, months later, the amount is always far less than the expected amount (as stated on the claim) and requires further querying. I don't understand why the cashback process is less straightforward and far more arduous with Waitrose compared to other retailers.

	£0.00 Cashback For some reason this retailer always confirms 0 cashback, it registers and despite rather high value orders (well over the required amount for returning customers) they do not pay out. Poor service from Waitrose.
