	Waitrose disappoints but paid out if report As so many other have said, Waitrose does not seem to automatically pay out. The main reason I signed up to Top cash back is because I shop every week online at Waitrose so it seemed a no-brainer. I reported it and after many weeks it did get added so I suppose you just have to bother to report every single transaction but that's very tedious.

	Quality Groceries but no Cashback on Waitrose Love shopping at Waitrose online and I try to follow all instructions to facilitate cashback but have not received cashback for over a year. I submit missing cashback claims and Topcashback process them but they are declined. Topcashback Customer Team is brilliant and they provide an excellent service!

	Doesn’t track I have shopped at Waitrose using TopCashback every week for years with no issues. Around November last year all weekly purchases have tracked at £0. I’ve missed out on quite a lot due to this, and the customer service team tell me to raise a missing claim however I can’t do that every single week - please just fix it!

	Always £0 cashback It tracks and I get £0. This has happened for months now Waitrose should be removed from TCB.

	Same as everyone else - tracks but £0 cash back Same as everyone else, £0 cash back tracked although it has tracked. Clearly a big problem here TCB get this sorted with Waitrose. I’ve made an order this week and used Chrome not Safari on my iPhone sometimes this makes a difference (as it does with Boots). TCB must be aware there’s an issue here why are they still accepting this retailer when there are so many issues?

	Tracks as 0 now! Waitrose used to be reliable for cashback, but like other recent reviewers I’ve been having increasing issues with it tracking as £0.00. It’s disappointing as I order groceries online from them every two weeks but rarely get cashback anymore.

	Huge problems with tracking I'm having the same problem as everyone else. My weekly Waitrose deliveries haven't tracked since October 2025. I, too have contacted customer services who have told me to do various things like clearing my browser history and cache but nothing has worked. I have spent A LOT of money at Waitrose since last October. What is also laughable is that on the TopCashback website it says " Tracking reliability Groceries at Waitrose & Partners has a 99% tracking reliability and 1% of manual claims have been submitted" which is laughable. I'm glad I read these reviews as I thought I was the only one it is happening to.

	Last two shops not tracked Did two expensive shops with waitrose and not tracked which, looking at reviews, happens to majority. I will use my feet. Tesco and m and s pays out no prob and tracks so goodbye waitrose

	Never Ever Tracks My weekly grocery shops always used to track without issue. The about 8 months ago they just stopped tracking for no reason I can see. Now I have to submit a claim every single week, and they have a ridiculous 2 month wait before they will even submit claims to the retailer.

	Hasn’t tracked last couple of times Normally Waitrose tracks well but my last two purchases using TCB have failed to track. It takes a long time for the claims to get submitted and to hear back from Waitrose whether they have been successful or not.

	Never tracks my purchases. I have contacted the customer service team on more than one occasion about this issue. I follow their advice but to date the issue persists.

	S-L-O-W!! If it tracks at all, it comes up at 0.00 - so if you’re not on your toes to put in a claim, you will miss out completely. If you are lucky enough to see it actually corrected and tracked, it is painfully slow to receive the cashback. Waitrose should take a leaf out of Sainsburys system - tracks immediately and pays out the cashback super fast

	Disappointing! Missing claim.... I should have read the reviews before making the purchase decision. It said the payout would be made within one day....... after reporting the missing claim and I’m beginning to wonder if I’ll ever receive it...... Bad decision.

	Awful! Terrible!! Either doesn't track or tracks at 0.00. Need to go through customer service and even that is a hassle! Finding myself moving to Sainsburys as it tracks so easily, pays quickly at tbh has a better range for shopping too!
