Never tracks, never pays
Would give zero stars if I could. Transaction never tracks and then declined after months of waiting. Lost out on TopCashBack bonus payments twice as a result. Good luck if you use them.

It's gone downhill
I've used it for delivery orders and it used to track just fine. The latest orders have been declined by Waitrose for no reason. I wonder if this is a cost cutting measure by them? In any case, very disappointing that there's no recourse on them doing this.

Tracks oddly because it seems to sometime track the first time you checkout an order, but then if you make changes it doesn’t seem to catch up. Not reliable anyway.

Very disappointing and a waste of time.
Very disappointing and a waste of time. Took over five months to arrive at their decision to decline two transactions for online delivery. Gobsmacked that Waitrose's reason for declining both claims is 'Transaction cannot be traced'! I have both order numbers and receipts for the transactions and I know that I placed the orders via Topcashback. To say that they cannot trace the transactions suggests that either I didn't make them and am fraudulently trying to claim cashback or that I didn't use Topcashback - neither of which are true. My claims are for online delivery orders - they have order numbers, dates and times - and I find it hard to believe that they cannot trace this? I thought companies used Topcashback to encourage custom and build loyalty. Evidently not!

Always tracks wrong when you do click and collect
It states that you will earn £3.40 from C&C and then 85p for delivery. Twice now it has tracked at delivery when I had C&C. Such a waste of time

Click and collect orders constantly tracked incorrectly
Always track at £1.10 which is the delivery cashback, not £4.40 which is the click and collect cashback. so frustrating.

Dreadful! Very disappointing. that every one of my claims (more than 40) over the past 12 months has been refused, stating 'failed to track'. For several years I have been using TopCashback, on an (almost) weekly basis, and this is the only merchant I have had issues with.
