	Speedy I booked through Viator and then read the reviews. I wasn't confident about getting my cashback but I was wrong. It took a day to show in my wallet but have now had payable cashback 9 days after completing the activity. Well done

	Keep Declining Payments Viator used to be brilliant at paying out. My last three transactions have been declined totalling about £45 - all have been transacted properly thru TopCashback and not going in via any other links. Will not use again !!!

	Cash back Declined from last July I have found Top cash back great until I booked Viator through them, only to find that after a considerable time Viator declined my cash back with no explanation. I have just booked another trip with Viator via Top cash back but have no confidence that Viator with honour their agreement . Disappointed with Viator I would prefer they declined any cash back at the time of booking instead of waiting months .

	Don't Expect to Get Your Cashback from Viator I've always used Viator in the past and it's been fine for getting the cash back but I won't be bothering again as recently I booked 8 trips with then and all have been declined. I did everything correctly, no voucher used etc etc. they rejected all 8 trips on the basis that Topcashback was not the final referrer of the purchase. Okay then so I went to Viator and said, if that's the case, please give me the 5% reward credits you get when booking directly with Viator. Sorry, we can't do that as you went through Topcashback, so you know I did but yet you still claim that it was not the final referrer! In future I'd opt for one of the other tour companies who will honour your cashback!

	Avoid - you will get no cashback We've always used Viator in the past and have had no problems, however recently on multiple bookings they have declined cashback and are now refusing to give any cashback blaming it on voucher codes - of which I can prove were not used! Bookings which we've not even completed are being rejected so appears as though a 'generic' rejection is being used. Do not expected any cashback and use someone else would be my recommendation.

	Dishonest Comoany Purchase was in my TC account however, Viator declined cash back claiming they were not the referrer even though Viator are still listed as so. I just won’t use them again and will purchase through ‘Get your Guide’ instead.

	On the basis of previous reviews did not expect much Honestly I did not expect to receive cashback as most reviews are negative. Tried anyway and £30 landed just two weeks after our expensive day trip completed. Cool.

	Declines after you've attended Booked 3 expensive excursions on our trip to Australia. Used Viator via top cash back as that specific way was the best value. The trips were booked a while back and all had the ability to cancel until 24 hours before. No issues flagged before the event giving a chance for me to cancel and book elsewhere. Then Viator declines all 3. No other codes used. All booked and paid in full straight away.

	Reliable Service I always use Viator with TopCashback for my overseas trips. I find communication with Viator and the trip organiser excellent. I book trips months in advance and don’t pay until a few days before. I also have the option of cancelling a trip if circumstances change. We recently had weather problems in New Zealand. The supplier communication was spot on. He tried to rearrange on two occasions but the weather beat us and it was cancelled. We had a refund within 3 days. Using Topcashback gives me 10-20% discount. Just make sure you don’t book the trip through Viator directly otherwise it will not register your discount. I don’t mind waiting a few months for my discount knowing that it will always be paid. No issues over the last 8 years. Recommended

	Great rate, but took ages for payment Benefitted from 20% cashback for a trip to the US in August 2025. Finally became payable in January 2026. I know cashback is never guaranteed, but this really did take a very, very, very long time! Would I book via Viator again to obtain cashback? Possibly not.

	Dont bother Viator just declines for no reason. Dont bother using topcashback with Viator it is very unlikely it will be paid and ther is no way to challenge this.

	Declined cashback - don’t bother using this company I’d booked an expensive trip specifically because of the cashback offer with Viator. They rejected the cashback - thankfully I noticed before I’d been on the trip so was still within the cancellation period, so I’ve just cancelled and gone with GetYourGuide instead. DON’T BOTHER WITH VIATOR!!

	Five month post experience payout I had to wait five months after my Viator experience and raise a ticket chasing this before receiving my Cashback.

	Not all purchases tracked Bought 2 activities on the same order, at the same time. 1 tracked and 1 didn’t. This is not the first time this has happened. Made a claim but didn’t get anywhere. Think I will try ‘Get My G****

	Declined without reason Had hoped that the previous reviews were for unusual circumstances when we booked our trip using Viator back in August - we went straight from the TCB link to Viator's site, booked and paid for the trip and completed the trip in November - nothing complicated and very straightforward transaction - Viator have rejected the cashback despite this. If you'd be booking via them any way then there's not loss going via TBC first but if you're taking the potential cashback into account when comparing with other providers then be aware that Viator is extremely likely to reject it.

	Tracked and then declined TCB now has the option when you go on the relevant sites to activate TCB. If this was due to cookies not being cleared then that functionality simply isn't working, or at best totally misleading and therefore the responsibility of TCB. Poor

	No cashback! Don't use! Like most other reviewers have stated, no cashback was given despite following the process accordingly. TOP CASH BACK: PLEASE STOP USINF VIATOR. You can clearly see from the reviews that they are not keeping their end of the bargain. This is especially annoying as I could have instead used an Amex offer which I know would have worked. 0 stars and not happy with Top Cash Back either.

	Gaslit by TopCashBack. Vendor obviously not bothering to pay out. Also +1 - my claim tracked but was later rejected on the grounds that "Topcashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." Supposedly I was to blame (according to topcashback) because I did not clear my cookies. Even though this vendor has rejected everyone else for the same reason.

	Do not rely on getting cashback from Viator My claim tracked but was later rejected on the grounds that "Topcashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." Seeing other reviews I think they are coming up with invalid rejection reasons after enticing people to use them with their high cashback rates. Unless Viator are considerably cheaper than other suppliers, I would book elsewhere.
