	Disappearing cashback Multiple bookings made for a trip - on the premise that it seemed a reputable place to coordinate my various trips whilst on vacation. The lure of a good % cashback sealed the deal. Cashback that was promised and tracking then disappeared with no reason given, met the criteria to be elligible. Missing cashback claim has been launched, but it is very frustrating nonetheless.

	Disappearing cashback I was promised 12% cashback, which tracked immediately, but a few weeks later it was declined, so I cancelled my trip and found it with Get Your Guide who were £20 cheaper and gave 7.35% cashback. Needless to say Viator have lost me as a customer for life. I really hate misleading adverts and looking at the reviews below, it appears I'm not the only one.

	Excellent Well it’s easy to complain, and TC has too many companies and partnerships who fail to pay what was promised. However, Viator are not one of these. Had several trips booked with them recently after a Singapore and Japan trip, and everyone was tracked and payable literally within a week or so. Best cashback I’ve experienced.

	Absolutely Rubbish I booked 6 trips and of that 5 got declined for no reasons. I can see why there is so much negative Reviews. I think TCB should remove bad retailers who entice customers with big % discounts and than decline last minute.

	Declined cashback I wish I read all of the other reviews before booking Viator trips via topcashback.Three transactions declined for no reason. I've submitted a missing cashback claim but not expecting any results based on reviews here. If you have a discount code use that instead. Topcashback should remove Viator from here based on the amount of negative reviews.

	Declined even before I have done the activities I made sure I cleared all cookies before booking two activities at 20% promotional cashback rate and the cashback tracked immediately. However, after 10 weeks the cashback has been declined for no reason and the activities are still 4 months in the future. No problem - I have found the activities with another company at a price even cheaper that the 15% they are offering at the moment. The only good thing I have to say about Viator is that you can cancel, so thanks Viator, but you will not be getting my hard-earned cash.

	Fraud - declined cashback When the cashback was tracked automatically, it still got declined and we had just used this source for cashback or any other promo. Very unprofessional

	Never paid Booked multiple tours with Viator and none of my cashback claims have been successful. They get declined before I’ve even been on the trip.

	Don't expect to receive cashback from Viator. I booked and paid for three excursions with Viator before we visited Norway. I could easily have booked the excursions with other companies, but the cashback offered made Viator seem the least expensive. I waited months, raised a claim, but all the cashback was rejected. Claim not approved! They owed me almost £100 and listed a whole host of reasons why I must have got it wrong. Three times!? I know how to use a cashback site. So, book with Viator if you like what they have to offer, but don't expect to get any cashback from them.

	£211.80 Cashback Declined With No Clear Explanation! I booked a £1,629 Viator purchase through TopCashback with expected cashback of £211.80. The transaction never tracked and my missing cashback claim was ultimately declined because TopCashback was allegedly not the final referrer. Unfortunately neither TopCashback nor the affiliate network could provide any information about what source was credited instead. I found the process lacked transparency and left me unable to understand or challenge the decision.

	Would not pay missing cashback As others have said, Viator would not pay out on my missing cashback and gave the following reason: "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." Abolute rubbish, as I did not use any other sites or links.

	Cashback Paid I booked a trip through Viator in January but having read the reviews I wasn't very hopeful that it would be paid. However, 9 days after the trip was made, the cashback has been paid. I was expecting to have to wait 12 weeks to then be told it was declined, so this was a welcome surprise!

	Used for my trips in Poland Great experience. Used this company a few your ago for my New Year trips. This years for my trips in Poland. Also booked my trips in Rome coming up in the next few weeks.

	Awful service and no cashback I booked with them after they said that the tour tie was available. When the booking came through there was no time, just a date. I gave times of my availability, after their request and then didn't get back to me, and book what was originally agreed. When i called, the times had already been taken. No cashback was given either. Awful experience.

	rip off - trip advisor company what a joke i have used this company for trips to America and they have never approved the cashback, saying they wasnt used as the final company when they were. dont waste your time they are terrible. i will never use them again now even though i did use them 8 times over my last 2 trips. rip off

	Paid out in good time! Booked through TC several trips in NZ nearly 12 months ago. Payout was pending but received the cashback quickly, once we’d done the trips.

	Reject Large Cashbacks I've not had any previous issues with Viator but they've recently declined two large cashback amounts for no obvious reason, despite my challenging it. Am I left to assume that they go out of their way to avoid paying out for large purchases?

	Speedy I booked through Viator and then read the reviews. I wasn't confident about getting my cashback but I was wrong. It took a day to show in my wallet but have now had payable cashback 9 days after completing the activity. Well done

	Keep Declining Payments Viator used to be brilliant at paying out. My last three transactions have been declined totalling about £45 - all have been transacted properly thru TopCashback and not going in via any other links. Will not use again !!!

	Cash back Declined from last July I have found Top cash back great until I booked Viator through them, only to find that after a considerable time Viator declined my cash back with no explanation. I have just booked another trip with Viator via Top cash back but have no confidence that Viator with honour their agreement . Disappointed with Viator I would prefer they declined any cash back at the time of booking instead of waiting months .

	Don't Expect to Get Your Cashback from Viator I've always used Viator in the past and it's been fine for getting the cash back but I won't be bothering again as recently I booked 8 trips with then and all have been declined. I did everything correctly, no voucher used etc etc. they rejected all 8 trips on the basis that Topcashback was not the final referrer of the purchase. Okay then so I went to Viator and said, if that's the case, please give me the 5% reward credits you get when booking directly with Viator. Sorry, we can't do that as you went through Topcashback, so you know I did but yet you still claim that it was not the final referrer! In future I'd opt for one of the other tour companies who will honour your cashback!

	Avoid - you will get no cashback We've always used Viator in the past and have had no problems, however recently on multiple bookings they have declined cashback and are now refusing to give any cashback blaming it on voucher codes - of which I can prove were not used! Bookings which we've not even completed are being rejected so appears as though a 'generic' rejection is being used. Do not expected any cashback and use someone else would be my recommendation.
