Always tracks and becomes payable after about 3-4 months. Not the quickest but cashback rate is competitive.

Didn't track
Made 2 bookings and nothing tracked. Bought something via get your Guide and tracked straight away. Will wait a day and if nothing will cancel with viator and switch to get your Guide even if a lower percentage.. General they have more options than viator and are slightly cheaper anyway.

rip off company
i used this company 3 times for trips while going to new york they tracked just one of them (the lowest price one) and declined the others after i raised a dispute. i will never use them again

Waited 6 months for a customer service ticket response after raising a missing cashback claim and got a straight final decline from Viator with no justification or opportunity to discuss the issue despite me having screenshots of the cashback process there was nothing that can be done. The merchant should be removed.

I have made several purchases from Viator using the TCB website, few have ever tracked even though I ensure that I order directly after clicking on the TCB site. It makes no difference, nor does clearing cookies. Some cashback has been received after raising a claim with TCB but the latest claim that was worth £20 was declined as Viator said that a promotional code was used. It most definitely was not, but Viator will not change their mind.
