Did not honour cash back
I booked a boat trip and did not receive my cash back from either TCB or viator contacted both and Viator said it was booked in dependantly even tho the booking is there on the App and TCB said I didn’t log it which isn’t true as it’s there registered on my account

I paid for five tours via TopCashback and Viator declined two of them? They had my money but refused Topcashback. Not happy. However, the tours were amazing

I have used the Viator Topcashback sight on several occasions. They constantly fail to meet their own target for making payouts. I am still waiting for Topcashback from Viator going back to last April

Money was not processed automatically, had to wait 2 months before it was even realised and even then only after sending 2 nudges to Topcashback. Long wait time of 3 months with 2 of them months unsure of whether it had even worked

Didn't track
Having been a regular topcashback user for years I know exactly how to ensure things track properly and this transaction was done properly. Viator rejected my claim for non payment on the basis that I'd 'used another third party website' to buy my £100 tickets from them, which is simply not true. Would give 0 stars if it were possible.

clearly the links are not working, I booked all my Vietnam tours with them, non was tracked, after several weeks of back and forth still they said it was not done via Top Cashback. Horrible experience

i have used this company now 4 times with cashback and only ever had cashback once. last time telling me i need to clear my cache when order was done over my phone. i wont use again

Tracked click but no payout
I've raised claims for my purchases for which I have both a confirmation number and a booking reference, but TCB are saying that none of my references are in the valid format and there's nothing they can do. A booking reference is a booking reference, I can't change it! Don't even bother.

Cashback does not track and dispute declined
The cashback did not track for the tours booked last year and the dispute was eventually declined. Tried to book another tour again last week and still did not track.
