	Quick unchased cashback I made an expensive purchase at end of May and had cash back of £75 in my bank account by mid Aug. Lovely surprise as had forgotten about it!

	Scam merchant - I work in affiliate marketing and understand the process I work in affiliate marketing and understand the process. They declined my cashback saying I wasnt the last referrer when it wasnt the case. Avoid at all costs

	Always rejected I spent two weeks in Italy and booked Viator tours for about half of those days. They all showed up as pending and then got rejected, quite a few were rejected before the date of the tour.

	Rare if you get cashback at all Have booked several times through this retailer and generally it either doesn't track or tracks then gets rejected. Every time I've made sure to go through Topcashback before booking the tour and every time it fails (I've even clicked through Topcashback when doing searches before deciding what to book). You occasionally get paid out for small amounts but if you've booked a big tour or booked when there is bonus cashback the chances of getting it are pretty much nil. Don't bother factoring in the cashback when making your bookings, chances are you won't get it. Not sure why companies like this are on Topcashback when they never pay out.

	Fantastic tour of 4 towns not to be missed booked through Topcashback easy! I saw an offer on the topcashback site for Viator and then I booked my trip through Top CashBack. My money was released after my experience.

	Don't Bother! Lucky to have gone on a trip of a lifetime booked a lot of trips through this cashback site on Viator, did not book on my phone so the app wasn't an issue but all were declined, with no reason. They are now doing rewards themselves on their app so would suggest you do this as at least you may then get pennies off any future bookings.

	use discount code and not cashback rejects large cashbacks for no reason and only grants cashback via TC for smaller purchases (eg declined on 2 occasions when anticipated cashback was>10GBP but received cashback for several airport transfers booked using viator that equated to a few quid

	Declined cashback for no reason My booking had been tracked immediately, but was declined before the trip even started. No reason was provided. Given many people have experienced tracked cashback being declined, does it mean there are hidden rules that make our bookings ineligible for cashback? If so, the company should make the T&Cs more explicit instead of luring people to book via them without actually getting the cashback.

	Dishonest - Cashback declined for no reason After the cashback is tracked and confirmed, the merchant suddenly declined the payout, saying "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." Seem to be regularly not keeping to their promises, as can be seen from many other similar reviews. Dishonest and waste of time.

	Disappearing cashback Multiple bookings made for a trip - on the premise that it seemed a reputable place to coordinate my various trips whilst on vacation. The lure of a good % cashback sealed the deal. Cashback that was promised and tracking then disappeared with no reason given, met the criteria to be elligible. Missing cashback claim has been launched, but it is very frustrating nonetheless.

	Disappearing cashback I was promised 12% cashback, which tracked immediately, but a few weeks later it was declined, so I cancelled my trip and found it with Get Your Guide who were £20 cheaper and gave 7.35% cashback. Needless to say Viator have lost me as a customer for life. I really hate misleading adverts and looking at the reviews below, it appears I'm not the only one.

	Excellent Well it’s easy to complain, and TC has too many companies and partnerships who fail to pay what was promised. However, Viator are not one of these. Had several trips booked with them recently after a Singapore and Japan trip, and everyone was tracked and payable literally within a week or so. Best cashback I’ve experienced.

	Absolutely Rubbish I booked 6 trips and of that 5 got declined for no reasons. I can see why there is so much negative Reviews. I think TCB should remove bad retailers who entice customers with big % discounts and than decline last minute.

	Declined cashback I wish I read all of the other reviews before booking Viator trips via topcashback.Three transactions declined for no reason. I've submitted a missing cashback claim but not expecting any results based on reviews here. If you have a discount code use that instead. Topcashback should remove Viator from here based on the amount of negative reviews.

	Declined even before I have done the activities I made sure I cleared all cookies before booking two activities at 20% promotional cashback rate and the cashback tracked immediately. However, after 10 weeks the cashback has been declined for no reason and the activities are still 4 months in the future. No problem - I have found the activities with another company at a price even cheaper that the 15% they are offering at the moment. The only good thing I have to say about Viator is that you can cancel, so thanks Viator, but you will not be getting my hard-earned cash.

	Fraud - declined cashback When the cashback was tracked automatically, it still got declined and we had just used this source for cashback or any other promo. Very unprofessional

	Never paid Booked multiple tours with Viator and none of my cashback claims have been successful. They get declined before I’ve even been on the trip.

	Don't expect to receive cashback from Viator. I booked and paid for three excursions with Viator before we visited Norway. I could easily have booked the excursions with other companies, but the cashback offered made Viator seem the least expensive. I waited months, raised a claim, but all the cashback was rejected. Claim not approved! They owed me almost £100 and listed a whole host of reasons why I must have got it wrong. Three times!? I know how to use a cashback site. So, book with Viator if you like what they have to offer, but don't expect to get any cashback from them.

	£211.80 Cashback Declined With No Clear Explanation! I booked a £1,629 Viator purchase through TopCashback with expected cashback of £211.80. The transaction never tracked and my missing cashback claim was ultimately declined because TopCashback was allegedly not the final referrer. Unfortunately neither TopCashback nor the affiliate network could provide any information about what source was credited instead. I found the process lacked transparency and left me unable to understand or challenge the decision.

	Would not pay missing cashback As others have said, Viator would not pay out on my missing cashback and gave the following reason: "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." Abolute rubbish, as I did not use any other sites or links.
