	Do not use Viator Booked 4 trips for holiday to Dubrovnik. Thankfully only booked one through Viator before reading the poor reviews, the other three were then booked through Tripadvisor. Just as everyone said, the transaction didn’t track then was declined. The other three with Tripadvisor worked perfectly. Lesson learned - do not use Viator!!!!

	Dishonest company As per the recent reviews which I overlooked, this shambles of a company should be removed from the cashback site as they clearly do not honour them. Over £50 that they are refusing to honour for spurious reasons as others have found. Clearly the problem must be at their end given the excuse for non-payment appears consistent.

	Doesn't always track Glad others have made this point, I have booked trips through Viator which don't track at all. This is partly because they don't have a password based log in, it's a weird single sign in which seems to not recognise your email. Also, be wary, I have seen their rates for TopCashback more expensive than if you go direct via their site so check before you book. Final point, you can book your tour and then the confirmation email tells you often who is actually running the tour - if you can book direct with them do (much cheaper) and then cancel the Viator booking!

	Wished I read the reviews - Reject claims I've made 4 purchase via viator during July, None of them were claimed despite me doing it directly from my phone website to viator website without any other switches Then I made the claims and they are all rejected because either 'topcashback is not the final referrral' 'This order was either fully or partly cancelled, changed or returned' Eventhough I went to the tour exactly I've since gone via getyourguide any my claim was very successful so honestly don't be tempt by the extra % discount because you'll end up not getting any

	Viator Rejects Valid Claims—Avoid if Using Cashback I booked multiple tours through Viator via TopCashback, all paid in full and fulfilled exactly as booked. Yet every cashback claim was rejected with the same vague reason: “booking was cancelled or amended.” This is categorically false—no changes were made, and I’ve confirmed this directly. I’m not the only one. Recent reviews show a pattern of cashback claims being denied without proper investigation or explanation. If you’re booking through Viator expecting cashback, be prepared for disappointment and a lack of accountability.

	Had to put in a claim Didn't track, had to put a claim in just for it to be denied due to it being cancelled or changed or an issue with my booking. I had my experience and there were no changes there. Topcashback did respond querying any information with which we can dispute it. I just don't think Viator wants to pay out, and I've lost £16. Not happy

	Claim rejected for no reason Rejected my claim for no reason. Had initially tried to book through trip advisor which didn't work, spoke to their customer service and they sent me a new link for Viator (which I was getting less cashback on, which was already annoying). I specifically made sure this was tracked through top cashback before purchasing, but now heard they're not going to pay. Avoid - it's a scam

	So quick to process Viator are a great reliable retailer and pay their cashback quicker than any other at a great rate. Definitely makes me use their service over any others.

	cashback does not track at all cashback does not track at all but i have received the money once I've raised the claim and received the money but this varies - first time took 8 months to get the money second time got the money in 3 weeks. so this does vary- the cashback is good but can take some time

	Absolute scam of a company I read all the bad feedback about cashback not tracking and thought everyone must have done something wrong. I use TopCashBack all the time and have only had 1 out of hundreds not track. I clicked through to Viator, searched for the trip I wanted to book, and completed the purchase. Guess what? No cashback tracking. It didn't even show up as "pending" or "declined". Opened a case with TopCashBack and got a result back today. Viator has stated the reason for the sale was not TopCashBack.

	Never tracks! I often use Viator and they offer great, reasonably priced trips and tours with reputable operators. However, my purchases never track and I always have to submit a claim through customer service. So much so, that I screenshot each transaction so that I have the information to submit. Not sure why this always happens?

	Cashback for my boat trip was declined for no reason. I booked a boat trip in Bulgaria, clicked through as I was supposed to and paid. Cashback was declined for seemingly no reason and I cannot put in a ticket as it occurred more than 180 days ago- it took longer than 180 days for the cashback to be declined. Pointless waste of time and dishonest company.

	Cashback tracked and paid I know other people have had issues with this merchant however I've used 3 times over the last few years (last time recently, with a substantial amount of cashback expected) and it tracked without problems and it's been made payable
